Group Adult Classes now available !Due to popular demand…Puremotion Dance is offering group adult lessons beginning Saturday, September 2. 1pm Adult Intermediate* 2:15pm Adult Beginning *by invitation only Classes are held @ 9218 W Pico Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90035 The entrance is in the ally behind Pico. We are upstairs from Traditional Karate Academy and Nathan's. Street parking is available. Until then you can always schedule a private or semi private lesson to get a head start. New video available !!We have uploaded a new video for all to enjoy. Katya is dancing the Aurora variation from Act 1 of Sleeping beauty. Performed in the main dance studio at the prestigious Debbie Allen Dance Academy in Los Angeles. Katya is coached and studies with Ms. Alla Khaniashvili former Prima Ballerina for the Bolshoi Ballet. With her expert guidance Katya hopes to achive great things in the next year. Look for more videos coming soon!! Click here to goto the video page. Posted on: 05/10/2006 Katya joins the Staff at the prestigious LA School of Gymnastics !We are proud to announce that Katya is now coaching for the one of the top Gymnastics schools in the nation. She is assisting in coaching the “LA Lights” competitive rhythmic gymnastics team, as well as teaching ballet at the school. LA School of Gymnastics is run by its founder, Alla Svirsky. A three time Olympic coach, seven times USA Gymnastics Coach of the Year, USA Olympic Judge and Inductee to the Gymnastics Hall of Fame. Katya is honored to join a staff with many Olympic team members, medallists, champions, and some of the best coaches in the world.Katya is thrilled to be working with such talented and dedicated young athletes and artists. She finds their talent inspiring and is so excited to provide the crucial ballet training necessary for them to increase their competitive edge. She is on staff and teaches there almost every day! She wishes to take this opportunity to thank everyone at LA School of Gymnastics for their warm welcome! Katya is enjoying and learning so much working side by side with some of the best coaches in gymnastics. Even though she is on staff, Katya is still performing and teaching ballet as before. An opportunity of a lifetime!Katya has just completed performing with the Kirov Ballet in the Los Angeles stop of their 2005 USA tour of Sleeping Beauty!Although she did not have a dancing role, she did perform on stage with the Kirov dancers in all 3 acts! International star Diana Vishneva was inspirational! The Kirov corps de ballet lived up to their reputation as “the best”! If you are going to watch one performance in your life make sure to see the Kirov!

If you do not dance yourself (why don't you, by the way?), then you must know someone who might be interested. A child with ballerina dreams, a professional dancer looking for a coach, an adult with a desire to become stronger, leaner and graceful.
