Policies

All students will be required to sign a waiver and provide their own health insurance.

Payment

All payment in advance. Personal checks* and cash accepted. You can also pay with Paypal!

*Bounced checks will be charged an additional $30.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made with 24hr notice of appointment date. Any cancellations made after that period will be charged for half a class. If no notice is given and the student does not show up, they will be charged the full amount.
